Seed & Private Sale Whitelist for CronaSwap is open until Sunday, Nov 7th @ 4am UTC

Dear Community,

We are pleased to announce that CronaSwap Seed & Private Sale whitelisting will start on 30th Oct 2021, 4PM UTC. The project has received great support and excitement from the communities, and the much anticipated Seed & Private sale is now one step towards getting the $CRONA token out there in the hands of the community.

In order to participate in the CRONA Seed & Private sale, you will need to register for whitelisting(NO KYC). This helps our effort to honour the CRONA ethos of transparency and fairness while reducing overall gas fees that would prevail if we held the Seed & Private sale without a registration form.

After whitelisting, you will be eligible to partake in the seed & private sale. This will not guarantee an allocation but it will allow you to participate in the Seed & Private sale.

That being said, the CRONA Seed & Private sale will proceed in two phases:

1. Getting whitelisted (details below)
2. Participating int he first come, first served Seed & Private sale

The CRONA Seed & Private whitelist open and close dates are as follows:

• Whitelist Open: Saturday, Oct 30th @ 4 pm UTC
• Whitelist Close: Sunday, Nov 6th @ 8am UTC

NOTE:

1. It is important to complete each step above. Failure to do so will lead to potential exclusion from the sale and a refund will be processed. Gas fees will be charged to the disqualified participant as well.
2. Previously registered users do not need to register again. We will notify you by email on the official launch date.

On Monday, Nov 8th (Cronos mainnet launched day), the link to access the CRONA Seed & Private sale on CRONA sale system will be published at 2 pm UTC, at which time the sale will commence. If the Cronos mainnet postpone again, we will delayed the published time too.

The whole fund-raising plan is divided into three rounds, The estimated raise amount is $1.935 million:

1. Seed round (1 day) — Whitelist allowed ( * 97% of the reservation has been completed. Participate as soon as possible)
2. Private sale round (2 days) — Whitelist allowed ( * 82% of the reservation has been completed. Participate as soon as possible)
3. Public sale round (3 days) — No whitelist, No KYC

We use CRO and USDC as payment methods to avoid CRO price fluctuation. Please prepare as soon as possible.
