A recap of 2021
CronaSwap was born on Cronos chain on 12th November 2021 and has come to be an important member of the Cronos ecosystem. We are one of the top DEXes on Cronos and aim to be the best DEX by offering more utility, product features and updates for our users.
We chose Cronos because it is fast, cost-effective, and frictionless. We also believe in its mission of bringing in new retail investors and it has delivered evidently. In just 3 months, there were more than 12 million transactions and USD 2.14 billion TVL on Cronos. Not to mention that Cronos is Ethereum (EVM) compatible and interoperable with the Cosmos ecosystem. There is still so much room to grow.
We rely mainly on community forces to survive. Without the support of any VC and investment institutions, our defi project is completely supported by community.
In the early stages, it was not easy for the community to accept us against various community doubts. But we managed to push through with the help of our community. We sincerely cherish your support for CronaSwap!
What’s coming in 2022?
Q1:
1. Release of CronaSwap V2: upgrade UI user experience and add the new Boost function (token lock and mining rewards).
2. CEX listing — listed on MEXC Global on 10th February 2022.
3. Launch a new version of launchpad to support Dutch auction, batch auction and classic crowd sale. And introduce 2–3 projects for IDO.
4. Start a new DAO governance mode and gradually transfer project governance to the community.
5. Launch our official CronaSwap NFT and include community in the process.
6. Introduce more partnerships and strengthen strategic cooperation among projects.
7. Project incubation: We will provide project incubation guidance and financial support.
8. Grow the team: We have A LOT we want to build, so we are targeting to hire more developers to increase our production quality and speed.
Q2:
1. Start Farm Governance: users can vote on various protocol functions, such as enhancing farms to be allocated higher emission levels. This will encourage users to provide liquidity to these farms.
2. Multi-chain deployment: deploy DEX to multiple chains.
3. Limit order: provide a new transaction method where you can purchase or sell at a specific price.
4. Develop more partnerships.
5. Add more CEX listing plans.
6. Realize the full community DAO governance mode as soon as possible.
